Conventional Cementing Plug

Conventional Cementing plugs are used for the removal of mud at the time of cementing operations, basically two types of cementing plugs (Bottom and Top cementing plug) are used in the cementing process. The solid body of top cementing plug provides positive indication of contact with the landing collar and bottom plug through an increase in pump pressure. The bottom cementing plug is used in the cement slurry to minimize problems caused by fluids inside the casing. Cementing Plugs can contribute to long-term well integrity failures, otherwise, the cost to fix these problems are highly expensive.

The top plug and bottom general have different color in production for easy usage in operation. The plugs are easy to drill and used in high temperature. These are PDC Drillable Plugs made up of Aluminum/Phenolic core inside. These plugs decrease drill out time even up to 200 degree Fahrenheit.

NON ROTATING Cementing Plug

The Non rotating cementing plug is used in the cement slurry to minimize problems caused by mud/fluids inside the casing. These plugs have reinforced locking teeth built into the plugs. The cementing plugs lock together between the top plug and the bottom plug to eliminate rotation of the plug during drill out. These cementing plugs have been designed to decrease drill out time.

These cementing plugs are made of Natural Rubber with aluminum alloy or Phenolic core inside. Operating rage of temperature with Hydrogenated Nitrile core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit. These cementing plugs are completely PDC drillable.
