Hinged Welded Cement Basket

Hinged Welded Cement Basket is made up using Flexible Bow Springs, treated in heat under controlled conditions for achieving maximum strength. While using these basket circulation is not restricted during the process of running casing, during lifting and lowering or in the half way. It is easily installed by sliding it over the pin end of a casing joint, prior to make-up of the joint.

It permits cement to flow in an upward direction, which in turn helps to prevent it from falling downward. This may be used with relevant small casing. Special Iron Phosphate coating is done on it to prevent from Rust and insures stocking in the open for a long time.

Slip-On Welded Cement Basket

Slip on welded cement basket are designed to work on casing or liners above porous or weak formation that require protection from the hydrostatic pressure generated by the cement column. It contains slip-on type high strength with flexible bows that are mounted on end collar.
