Guide Shoe

A guide shoe is used in combination with a float collar in the casing string for conventional cementing operations and is installed at the bottom joint of casing. The guide shoe through bore permits evacuation of tubes, conversion balls and debris from the casing without obstruction.

Guide shoe is useful in Load bearing capability for setting on bottom. Rounded cement bull nose allows for smooth running and provides the ability to guide past ledges. It is PDC drillable and composite eccentric nose available.

Reamer Shoe

Reamer Shoe features a blade cutting structure and diamond-shaped face to allow safe passage of casing and liners during rotation and reciprocation. Reamer Shoe is designed for helping installation of any Casing, Liner or Screen application, where the operator finds potential difficulty in wellbore such as swelling shale's, ledges and washed-out areas within the wellbore.

The aluminum eccentric guide nose effectively negotiates around ledges, mud cake, swelling shale build-up on porous formations, or sand bridges occurring in the wellbore.
